Building the next generation of entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurship is about having the courage to start. But no one should have to figure it all out alone.

Starting a business is exciting. But it is also challenging.

Behind every successful entrepreneur are moments of uncertainty, difficult decisions, setbacks and questions that rarely have a straightforward answer. Building something from the ground up can be rewarding, but it can also feel lonely especially when you are just starting out.

At YOUNG Foundation, we believe that young entrepreneurs should not have to navigate that journey alone.

That is why we are currently building a Mentorship Program for young entrepreneurs.

Our ambition is to create a community where young people with entrepreneurial drive can connect with experienced entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals who are willing to share their knowledge, experience and network.

Not through theory alone, but through real conversations, practical advice and personal guidance.

Learning from those who have been there before

A great mentor can make a meaningful difference.

Someone who has faced similar challenges. Someone who can ask the right questions, share a different perspective, challenge your thinking or simply be there when things become difficult.

Through the YOUNG Foundation Mentorship Program, we want to bring young entrepreneurs together with successful and experienced entrepreneurs who are willing to give back and help the next generation move forward.

The program will focus on more than just business. It will be about building confidence, developing skills, making better decisions and learning how to deal with the inevitable setbacks that come with entrepreneurship.

Because success is not only about what you build. It is also about who you become along the way.

Building the program together

We are currently developing the program and will soon open applications for young entrepreneurs who are ready to learn, grow and take their next step.

At the same time, we are looking for experienced and successful entrepreneurs who would like to give back and become a mentor.

Because we believe that experience becomes even more valuable when it is shared.

Whether you have built a company from the ground up, navigated major challenges, experienced success or learned valuable lessons along the way, your experience can make a real difference to someone who is just starting their entrepreneurial journey.

As a mentor, you can offer more than business advice. You can share your perspective, open your network, challenge ideas, provide encouragement and help a young entrepreneur make better decisions along the way.

We want to build a program that is practical, personal and meaningful. A place where ambition meets experience, where questions can be asked openly, and where the next generation of entrepreneurs can find guidance when they need it most.
